Submit Your Photos to H2O Addiction

H2O Addiction has the right to edit and/or alter any submission. H2O Addiction reserves the right not to use the submission at all and/or to use as much or as little of the submission as it chooses.All photos H2O Addiction deems boring, stupid, redundant, unoriginal, and not funny, we reserve the right to place them on the back of a urinal until we get bored.

By submitting your videos/photos, for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency and receipt of which you hereby acknowledge, you hereby grant to H2O Addiction a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to edit, telecast, rerun, reproduce, use, syndicate, license, print, distribute and otherwise exploit the materials you submit, or any portion thereof, as incorporated in any of H2O Addiction programming or the promotion thereof, in any manner and in any medium or forum, whether now known or hereafter devised, without making payment to you or any third party. You represent and warrant to H2O Addiction that you have the full legal right, power and authority to grant to H2O Addiction the license provided for herein, that you own or control the complete exhibition and other rights to the materials you submitted for the purposes contemplated in this license and that neither the materials nor the exercise of the rights granted herein shall infringe upon or violate the right of privacy or right of publicity of, or constitute a libel or slander against, or violate any common law or any other right of, any person or entity. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless H2O Addiction, its parent and affiliated companies, its and their licensees, successors and assigns, and each of its and their officers, agents and employees from all liabilities or losses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or related to H2O Addiction’s exercise of the rights granted herein. This license shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia.

Anyone submitting photos to Us also agrees to name their first born son, or daughter, Addict and second born child, Water. If you stop reproducing after the first child, you must agree to acquire a manatee from Florida and name it Tony, before Barbecuing it.

H2O Addiction not only owns the rights to any photos you upload, but also owns the rights to your boat. Should We wish to exercise this option, you agree to surrender your boat, and any claim you or your family may have on it, within 5 (five) working days of receiving written notification from H2O Addiction. In the event your wife, children, sibling(s) or parent(s) intervene and claim joint-ownership of your boat, H2O Addiction reserves the right to T-bag them and give all parties Mr. T haircuts. If, upon receiving your boat, it attempts to leave H2O Addiction’s dock, where it belongs, it will be laid to rest atthe bottom of the ocean.
